“Charlie is going to be sticking around with us to pose for photos and call bingo games,” said Happenings Magazine owner Frank Carmichael, who is organizing the event. “As long as he's coming back, we thought we'd have some fun.” The event, of course, features bingo, plenty of beer and live music.
